Then here is your new competitor-the young chimpanzees .Do not take it as a joke.Now, scientists have revealed this!!!"Younger chimpanzees are better than university students at playing computer games that test numerical memory", a new study says.One young chimp named Ayumu scored 75% correct in a game. The human average for that game was 36%.The study is to demonstrate that, at certain circumstances, chimp memory may be better than that of humans."No human adults reached Ayumu's level," says Professor who studies on the primates.
"Young chimpanzees quickly grasp many numerals at a glance, with no decline in performance as the hold duration is varied."
The game was a card-match memory game ,that includes numericals from 1 to 9 ,shows in some random. The numbers were then replaced by blank squares, which the players had to touch them correctly, based on their knowledge of numerical sequences.
The little the time was ,the worse the men scored.But the chimps lose their memory as they get older.
