THIS YEAR'S REPUBLIC DAY!!

Even two years back , on the day of 26 January I used to get bathed earlier , wearing my school uniform , with tresses neatly plaited with ribbons and adoring a tri-color flag in my shirt ,I would rush to my school in cycle . Reaching the school ,I await for who is the chief guest ,what dance is yet to come , if I am to get the prize for painting ,singing and a lots of questions moving in my mind .......I will enter the campus . Every year our group song would make a mark!!! Sweets ,even they are less in value will add more interest to go to school that day!!! I do not even missed this day in my school life!!!
But the time has changed , I am leisurely blogging today , as i woke up much late , playing a game , this year is a different one ,as we do not used to go for college today!!!!

A week in heaven!!!!

In my pongal holidays , I went to my native village Neelapadi (near Nagappatinam ) with my family . We arranged for a van to get a comfort ride with our uncle's family.
The trip was so enjoyable as we (me, my brother) had a great time with our cousins. We reached our land after long hours .To see our grand parents is a soothing moment for me .
Our youngsters groups , so enthusiastic in each and every part roamed over a lot ,enjoyed singing ,dancing to the beats , playing dumb charades . Our parents are not a little less than we did. They got into ours and played too.
On the day of pongal(holy day for tamilians ) we made a mind boggling kolam ,the high light of the festival. Eating sweets ,sugar cane added more flavor to the hearts .
But as the time to depart came , it seemed as a great loss is yet to get..............I must wait for this for one more year!!!1

A true love story:-

Here is a love story of two sweet hearts,who truly lived a memorable life for each other.

The couple had lived for over 50 years until last week. Liu, now 72 years-old, returned from his daily farm work and got collapsed. Xui sat and prayed with her husband as he passed away in her arms.
So much in love with Xui, was Liu, that none was able to release the grip he had on his wife’s hand even after he had passed away.
“You promised me to take care of me,to be with me until the day I died,but now you left before me, how am I going to live without you?” … …
Xui spent days softly repeating this and touching her husband’s coffin with tears rolling down her cheeks. The local government has decided to preserve the “love ladder” and the place they lived as a museum, so this love story can live forever.

Last week i saw a Tamil movie,"onbadhu rubai noattu(nine rupee currency)",which potrays an old man who works a lot in the groves and lands with his wife,has five children . He lives in a satisfied way and gives all other money to the people who came to him in dismay. But this character in him worries his sons ,and they start cursing him ,due to the advice of a rival of their father.
So by knowing their attitude ,the father leaves the home with his wife without taking any money with him.The sons lose all money to that rival innocently and the family goes nameless.
After long years ,he comes back to his native ,he dies in his land.
The story is simple but the way it was given is so nice.I am unable to tell it very naturally,as there are no words to express it in words.
