Which types of skin should avoid soaps?

In most cases, people with very sensitive skin should avoid using soaps, since most soaps are created to strip oil (some of this oil is necessary for the face) from the skin. Some soap contains ingredients which may be allergic to a person with sensitive skin.

These days, there are several soaps that are safe for people with sensitive skin, and you can find natural cleansing soaps, and moisturizing soaps that will maintain your skin in a proper manner. Gentle herbs plants, such as chamomile and lavender are ideal on sensitive skin, although these herbs work on almost every skin. Chamomile has a calming effect on the skin. It can get rid of the skin of impurities without over-drying..... Lavender has some of the same properties, and even promotes sound sleep when you use the plant like soap or bathing oil.

Some of the dangers of using a natural soap or an herbal soap are skin rashes, allergic reactions, or internal damage to the respiratory system. If you think you may be allergic to certain plants and substances, then you have to test the soaps. You may think you want to use them on a small part of the skin. However nothing should be done before knowing the skin's reaction. You may also want to get an allergy test from your doctor, if you are using herbal soap for the first time and are not sure how your skin will react to it.
